To get the Sunken Rod in Fisch, you need to obtain the Treasure Map first. After obtaining the Map, you need to fix it from the Jack Marrow NPC.
For the unversed, Jack Marrow is located on the Forsaken Shores. When you get there, he will ask you to pay 250 C$ to fix the Treasure Map.
Once the map is fixed, you will see all X Y Z coordinates.
Next, go to the Moosewood Village and get the GPS. Now, use the GPS and get to the locations shown on the Treasure Map.
Once you get there, you will find a Treasure Chest. When you open the Treasure Chest, you might get the Sunken Rod as a reward.
