To catch the Oarfish in Fisch, you need to head to The Ocean area. Since it has a very low chance, make sure to use a powerful rod or the right bait.
After reaching The Ocean, make sure to equip the best fishing rod and use the Squid bait. Make sure to get to the location called “Bluefin Tuna Abundance” as shown in the below image.
You can find this location easily. All you need to do is go towards the White aura that reaches the sky.
Once you get there, start fishing near this aura. If you are lucky enough, you will catch the Oarfish.
