To get Fairy Lantern in Fisch, you need to head to Moosewood Island. After getting there, you need to find an NPC named Lantern Keeper.
For the unversed, he is located behind the Moosewood Lighthouse. Notably, he is a not permanent NPC. He spawns randomly in the following location.
When you talk to the Lantern Keeper, he will ask you to pay 1,000 C$ to get a Fairy Lantern. Notably, the chance of obtaining Fairy Lantern from the Lantern Keeper is 1/50.
Since it is a very rare item, you must keep finding the Lantern Keeper and talking to him again and again. When you do this a bunch of times, chances are high that you will get the Fairy Lantern in Fisch.
