To get Gems in Fisch, you need to wait for the Meteor Event. Once this event happens, a meteor will fall from the sky. Once it has fallen, you need to find that location to get a Gemstone.

Obtaining Meteor Totem In Fisch
To get a Meteor totem in Fisch, you need to talk to the Boat NPC and spawn your boat.
Now, take a boat and go to the Roslit Bay. Once you are here, climb up and you will find the entrance to Roslit Volcano.
Once you are inside the Roslit Volcano, walk along the edges and climb up.
At the end of the edges, you will get to the location where you will find the Meteor Totem.
Click on the totem and spend 75000C$ to purchase it.
Once you get the Meteor Totem, use it to spawn the Meteor.
